Community Partnerships
The 21st CCLC program collaborates with a wide range of partners to implement the program. The Kent School District serves as the primary partner of the 21st CCLC programs as it provides an office space for Site Coordinators, physical indoor and outdoor spaces for program activities, transportation, food services, access to student records, meeting time, and access to technology, staff, and students. Another common partner shared across all three sites is Kent Parks and Recreation, who provide and facilitate outdoor recreational activities.
Table 2 below provides more details on the various community partnerships at each of the 21st CCLC sites. Partners provide a range of supports including staff, materials, and activities.
